Set up your staff once.
Put in each person’s pay rate, how often they’re paid, and whether it goes to the bank or in cash. Bus fares, allowances, social fund and loan repayments only need entering once. After that they come through every payday on their own.

PAYE comes straight from Revenue’s weekly, fortnightly and monthly tables. NPF is 10% from the worker and 10% from you, and ACC is 1%. If something looks wrong, like missing hours or deductions that are too high, you’ll see it before you approve.

Common questions.
Do I need to know payroll?
No. If you can fill in a form, you can do payday. Every field has a short explanation, and the Home screen tells you what to do next.
Do my staff need a time clock?
No. You can type the hours in, or copy a normal day. If you already have a time clock, from ZKTeco, Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Anviz or another maker, the timesheet and clock import add-on (WST 30 a month) reads its exports. If yours isn’t read straight away, send us an export and we’ll add it at no extra cost.
Does it follow Samoa’s PAYE, NPF and ACC rules?
Yes. PAYE uses Revenue’s weekly, fortnightly and monthly tables. NPF is 10% from the worker and 10% from you, and ACC is 1%.
Can I pay some staff in cash?
Yes. The cash sheet shows which notes and coins to count for each person, rounded up to the next 10 sene.
Does it pay my staff or file returns for me?
No. You still pay through your bank or in cash, and you hand in the P4 and SNPF schedule yourself. Connect Payroll gets it all ready and printed.
